If you've lived in the Grand Valley for any length of time you've heard the Williams Brothers Band play somewhere and if not you're missing out!

James Williams and the Williams Brothers Band got there start on the streets of Oakland, California during the 70's where they grew up listening to their parents blues & country vinyl collection.

They moved to the Grand Valley in 2000 where they have become an anchor of the Western Colorado Music Scene.

James Williams not only owns Rhema Music & Clothing Company on Circle Park in Fruita he also offers music lessons to people all over the Western Slope, and offers his sound services for many festivals here in Colorado.

They have worked with artists ranging from 3 Dog Night, Lynyrd Skynyrd, Kid Rock, Chicago & more!

But what do you think, should we play their cover of "Big River" on the air?

This was recorded live at the Belly Up in Aspen.
