Did You See the Tank on the Road in Grand Junction?

We found this on the Interwebs and couldn't hep to wonder what the heck is a tank doing driving down the road in Grand Junction?

I've seen many odd things on the streets in GJ, from mini horse and carriages, speedo man helicopters and now a tank!
