Today's Tip:
This week I learned that you don't wanna cross contaminate! When shopping, experts recommend keeping raw meat, seafood and poultry in separate bags to keep juices from contaminating perishables, and to wash hands, cutting boards, dishes & utensils after they have come in contact with any of these. Also NEVER place cooked food on something that held draw meat, poultry or seafood.
