Seeing chickens cross the road is an ageless joke, but watching ducks use a crosswalk is something new.

I was driving down 1st Street and the car in front of me suddenly slammed on his/her breaks. I was wondering why because I didn't see anyone using the crosswalks, but then I saw three ducks. I wish I had caught the ducks in the crosswalk, but I wasn't able to grab my phone quick enough.

It left me wondering. Were they taught to use the crosswalk? Do ducks have to follow human laws? Did they discover their purpose in life was to be dinner and ran for it? Were they just taking a casual stroll in the middle of town, around absolutely no water? Or were they following the chickens lead?

What would you think if you saw these ducks crossing the road?
