Man Wakes Up Wearing Pink Panties After Colonoscopy

Going in for a colonoscopy isn't something most people look forward to, but if you're a guy, waking up wearing pink panties after a colonoscopy doesn't make it any better.

Some people can take a joke, and some people just can't see the humor in life.

A 32-year-old Delaware man who woke up wearing a pair of pink panties after his colonoscopy, probably has the right to be upset.

Andrew Walls was an employee at the Delaware Surgery Center when the prank occurred. Walls states that he was not wearing the pink panties before the procedure nor did he agree at any point to put them on.

Now Walls is using the prank as an excuse to sue the his former employer. He's seeking damages for intentional infliction of emotional stress. Walls lost his job in the months following the prank, that he says caused him "severe emotional distress".

No word on whether it was the panties themselves or the fact that they were pink that has caused so much pain and suffering to the 32-year-old Walls.
