What is the ultimate 'Last Meal' Grand Junction area sandwich?

We are on the lookout for those sandwiches in Grand Junction and around Mesa County that you would want for your last meal.

We recently learned that a local downtown place, Roasted, has one of Colorado's Top Nine Sandwiches You Must Try Before You Die. Big time congratulations to that crew!

Now, we want to hear from you. We will send my crack team out and about, to hunt down those sandwiches that you claim are worthy of anyone's last meal on Earth.

This food staple gets it's name from John Montagu, the 4th Earl of Sandwich. Yes, Sandwich is actually a place. It has since become combinations of meats, cheeses, veggies and spreads that  make up millions of possibilities.

There should be some rules for this. A lot of people do consider a burger to be a sandwich, but for this particular adventure, we will say that a burger is a different and separate category. We can do a whole another search for this topic with burgers alone.

I will include wraps. But, NOT hot dogs. Hot dogs are another complete individual category.

So, where are they? Which places have those Grand Junction and Mesa County 'last meal' wraps and sandwiches. Ready, go!
