Grand Junction Film Fest this Weekend at Avalon Theatre

This weekend the Grand Junction Film Festival kicks off at the Avalon Theatre. This is a chance for you to support some local short film makers and enjoy some out of the box films.

The GJ Film Fest will be taking place on Friday and on Saturday. They have a whole list of films they will be showing for each day. Not only will there be films from directors here in Grand Junction and the USA, but also from around the world. Directors are coming from places like England, Finland, Italy, Egypt and so many other places from far away.

The film fest starts on Friday at 6:15 p.m.and runs to about midnight. On Saturday the film fest will start up again and run from 4:15 to about 11:00 p.m. You can see the full schedule of what movies are playing when.

Tickets are on sale now at local City Markets and you can purchase a two day pass for $35 or for a one day pass it's $20.
