We're Looking for Grand Junction's Best Burrito

I think I was born and lived in Mexico in a previous life. My love for Mexican food knows no bounds. Back where I'm from there are limited choices for authentic Mexican food, especially burritos.

No offense, but the fast-food chain type restaurants don't cut it for me when it comes to the tradition and love that goes into true, down home Mexican cooking.

I'm looking for recipes that have been passed down for generations, grandmother's secrets never revealed, ingredients left for you to only guess.

But here in Grand Junction the burrito choices are almost more than I can handle. Not sure where to even start!
