In the article, '100 Hottest Women of 2013', Carrie Underwood was ranked at #24. Taylor Swift came in at #12. Katy Perry was surprisingly the #1 Hottest Woman of 2013.

I personally think Carrie Underwood is hotter than Taylor Swift and Katy Perry. If it were my list it would be different, but it's not.
