Today's Tip-This one has to do with cleaning, always sweep and mop last that way you can just dust all the crumbs from the counters onto the floors. (My mom's gonna die when she hears me share that one.)

Chili Rellano Casserole:

  • 2 Eggs Beaten
  • 2-7oz Cans of Whole Green Chili's (I used diced)
  • 16oz Shredded Cheese (Flavor of your choice)
  • 5oz Evaporated Milk
  • 2 Tbsp Flour

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°
  2. Spray 8x8 baking dish
  3. Sprinkle 1/2 of cheese in bottom of pan
  4. Lay 1/2 of chili's on top of cheese
  5. Sprinkle other 1/2 of cheese over chili's
  6. Cover with remaining 1/2 of chili's
  7. In bowl mix eggs, milk & flour.
  8. Pour over chili's & cheese
  9. Bake at 350° for 40 minutes
  10. Serve with your choice of toppings: sour cream, guac, salsa, etc.
