Seriously, pound for pound, men who do Yoga are the strongest guys in the gym. There used to be a Yoga instructor at my gym who also had an interest in weight training. This dude was a total bean pole; about 6'2", 160 pounds on a good day. That having been said, though, he could out-lift any of the hard core body builders.
