Contrary to what you might think, Yoga is the rugged man's path to a stronger core and a healthier life. Trust me, only real men have what it takes to complete a Yoga class.
Seriously, pound for pound, men who do Yoga are the strongest guys in the gym. There used to be a Yoga instructor at my gym who also had an interest in weight training. This dude was a total bean pole; about 6'2", 160 pounds on a good day. That having been said, though, he could out-lift any of the hard core body builders.
So, why is Yoga so effective for men? The reasons are endless, but here are our top five:

- You can enjoy less stress and more calm after a great Yoga session.

- There is a strong probably that if you're male, and you attend a Yoga class, you might be the only member of your gender in a room full of women, most of which are hot.
