Mesa County is reaching out to find foster parents with medical backgrounds. There are so many kids in the system that need a good home and maybe you can provide a good home. If you think you have what it takes to become a foster parent why don't you give it a try?

Foster children often face serious mental, physical and developmental problems, and that's why it is important for anyone with a medical background to become a foster parent that according to the American Academy of Pediatrics. If you are a doctor, nurse or have some type of medical background the county needs your help.
