Words We Are Using Wrong

The English language is already jacked up. And now the 'experts' are telling us that we use a lot of words incorrectly. Great, more pressure. According to lifehack.org, there are 25 common words that Americans disuse every day. Ironic, Alanis Morisette?

In the name of fun, the Keyes & Company Morning Show put ourselves to the test. Sad to say, we did not do that well. I, Keyes, failed on 9 words. #3, 5, 8, 9, 10, 11, 17, 18 and 19.

It was embarrassing no doubt, but who taught us what we thought these words mean? Should I blame my elementary school teachers Mrs. Hickock, Mrs. Taylor, Mrs Kohlmeyer and Mr. Pederson?

No blame here. There are bigger issues in the world, but it is interesting to peruse (it's one of the words) this list and take the test. Believe it or not, you'll be surprised.
