What is the Best Thing I can do With My Left Overs from Christmas?

This is the first year that my wife and I have hosted our families annual Christmas Eve Dinner at our house. Usually we host it at my parents house, but since we just moved into our new home we thought it would be a great idea to move it to our house. Now we have more left overs than we know what to do with.

I've probably eaten 8 turkey sandwiches in the last 48 hours. So that option is getting old. We were thinking about making some turkey pot pies but we will still have a ton of turkey left over. What else can I do with all that stuffing, turkey and ham? Share your secrets below. Thanks for the help.
