[WATCH] Officials Release Mountain Lion from Longmont Garage
A mountain lion that was found taking a nap in a Longmont garage has been successfully released back into the wild by wildlife officers Sam Peterson and Jason Duetsch.
Yesterday, we reported that Colorado Parks and Wildlife were dispatched to a home in Longmont because of a "mountain lion" in the garage. Wildlife officials Sam Peterson and Jason Duetsch arrived, tranquilized the male mountain lion and removed it.
We are happy to report that the animal has been set free in the Colorado mountains. Watch him jump out of the crate in the video below:
