WATCH: New Music Video Written and Performed by CMU Students

There's a new music video on YouTube, and this one comes right out of Grand Junction. Colorado Mesa University students combined their musical and visual skills to write and produce "Nature of Vibration."

Dr. Darin Kamstra, the new head of the Department of Music at CMU, recently shared this video via his Facebook page. According to Kamstra, members of the CMU combos joined forces with CMU Mass Communications major Logan Mikolai to compose, perform, and produce this selection.

Music was composed by CMU music major Cal Lindberg, with lyrics by CMU music major Nick Carozza. Lindberg also performed all audio editing and mixing. In case you're wondering, that is Nick Carozza in the shopping cart.

Okay, I'm familiar with Tim Emmons, a faculty member at CMU, but I don't fully understand the Friday the 13th reference. I'll look into it and get back to you.
