High winds caused the Cameron Peak Fire to balloon over the weekend.

The fire is now the first in Colorado history at more than 200,000 acres — it was listed at 203,604 acres on the official Monday morning update.

An Instagram account captured an apocalyptic view of the fire from Lake Loveland on Saturday (Oct. 17).
