Colorado Home Severely Vandalized

The home at 2535 Churchill Court, in Colorado Springs was once really nice. It was in a great location with amazing views, had five bedrooms, a three-car garage, and more.
However, when a woman was evicted from the home back in 2020, she became rather upset and did some serious damage.
When it was put on the market to be sold, the home's interior was filled with spray-painted graffiti which read things like, "Now you won't be able to rent this again. Haha" and instructions to, well, keep scrolling to see that one.
In addition to spray paint as far as the eye could see, holes were put into walls, the kitchen sink was forcibly removed, and the refrigerator was filled with something rotten that attracted cockroaches.
However, despite all of this, there was still a lot of interest in buying the home.
It's Ok, That Will Buff Out
Despite being absolutely destroyed, the home was listed for $590,000 in 2021 and garnered a lot of interest. The real estate agent at the time estimated that it would cost roughly $150k to repair all of the damage, so to some, it was worth it to purchase the home as a fixer-upper.
Take a virtual tour of the home and see just how destroyed it was before it was put up for sale:
