Taylor Swift vs. Miranda Lambert — Country Shootout

This week's Country Shootout theme is female country singers. We will have female country singers who are still touring and are still making music go head to head. Keep in mind we can't do all the female country artist in one week. Today's Country Shootout is Taylor Swift vs. Miranda Lambert.

Taylor Swift came on the music scene in 2006 by becoming the third youngest country artist to write and perform a #1 song on the Country Billboard Charts with "Our Song". Swift has been the recipient of seven Grammy Awards, eleven American Music Awards, seven Country Music Association Awards and six Academy of Country Music Awards. She has also topped the Pop Billboard charts with numerous songs.

Miranda Lambert came on the country scene in 2003 after winning Nashville Stars. She won the Top New Female Vocalist Award at the ACM's back in 2007 and had the album of the year in 2008 with Crazy Ex-Girlfriends. She has won numerous awards for her vocal abilities and has had numerous #1 hits.
