A man suspected of being involved in the incident that led to the hospitalization of one man and the death of another in Grand Junction has been arrested.
The suspect in a Monday morning fatal shooting has been arrested for the original charge of second degree murder. Following the arrest, additional charges in relation to the shooting have been filed.
The State's Attorney in Baltimore, Marilyn Mosby, announced on Friday morning that the coroner's office had ruled the death of Freddie Gray a homicide. Gray died while in police custody on April 19, setting off a wave of protests and violence in the city that lasted several days, garnering national attention.
