What you will need:

1 can (16 oz.) of fat free refried beans, 1 can of chopped black olives, one small can of Jalapenos, one small can of green chiles, 1 cup of cheddar cheese, 1 jar of salsa.

Directions:

Spray a pie pan with cooking spray, mix all ingredients except for cheese into pie pan, mix well. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes or until center is hot. Top off with cheese. Bust out the chips and enjoy the game.

My mom makes these Egg Roll Jalapeno Poppers that are amazing. They are a little time consuming but well worth it. Here is how it works.

What you will need:

Egg Roll wraps (about 20 or more depending on how many you are feeding), Cream Cheese (at least two to three 6 oz containers),a couple cans of diced jalapenos and cooking oil.

Directions:

In a big mixing bowl, mix up the cream cheese and jalapenos. Take an egg roll wrap and spread the jalapeno cream cheese mix inside. Roll up the egg roll wrap and tuck in the corners. Get a big pot and pour cooking oil in pot (enough to where a few egg rolls will be completely covered in oil), heat oil until hot. Fry egg roll until golden brown. Let cool. Repeat.
