No one told me when my child was born how important sleep patterns were and we ended up having to break bad habits!

Sleep hygiene is all about having a routine your child can be familier with and feel safe and secure.

  1. Set a bed time that's the same everyday including weekends
  2. Get up at the same time everyday including weekends
  3. Kids need lots of sleep, make sure they get the right amount
  4. Sleep can effect obesity
  5. Attention problems can result from sleep deprivation
  6. Need a real nice darkened, calm, cool room. (night light ok)
