Skate With Santa Christmas Eve

A great way to get you and your family into that Christmas mood? Ice skating!

The Glacier Ice Arena is hosting a fun, family Christmas Eve event. From Noon until 4 p.m. Saturday, the arena will be open to the public for some Christmas fun. There will be hot chocolate, candy canes, Puck the Penguin and of course, the man himself-Santa Clause. Plus, if you wear your Ugly Christmas sweater, you will get $1 off the your admission.

First, I did not even know there was a skating rink in Grand Junction. Not that I am an expert, I have been once but I thoroughly loved it. My thighs didn't talk to me for three days, but it was an enjoyable experience.
