Round Up At Safeway And Help Buy Much Needed Gear For The Grand Junction Police Dept

Shield 616 in conjunction with Safeway is trying to buy much-needed equipment for the Grand Junction Police Department.

Shield 616  would like to make sure that first responders have the necessary equipment to do their job like advanced active shooter/crowd control gear. Plus the equipment is replaced every five years with no cost to the Department. With all the violence that police officers face every day, it is imperative that they have updated equipment that could save their lives and the lives they are protecting.
