We have the ages and stages questionnaire that will help you determine if your childs behavior or lack their of is a cause for concern. And the resources to help!

As a new parent I wonder all the time if my child is developmentally pacing where he should be. I think all of us want/hope for our child to be exceptional, but REALLY just want them to be normal, whatever that is.

So what is normal?

Before we touch on this topic let me preface it with the fact that every child develops differently and to talk with Child Find if you have any concerns!

Child Find is a free service that provides a way for children with special needs to be identified, evaluated, and appropriately served - birth through twenty one.

This questionnaire can be completed by anyone with a child birth to age 5 by the parent or caregiver and covers:

Age specific development questions related to:

  1. Communication
  2. Gross Motor Skills
  3. Fine Motor Skills
  4. Problem Solving
  5. Personal and Social Behavior
  6. Overall

As a matter of fact, depending on your doctor, you may have filled one of these out during your child's well baby check ups!
