Real Life ‘Batman’ on Crusade to Help Sick Children [VIDEO]

Batman, or a close facsimile there of, has relocated from Gotham to Maryland to visit sick children. Much like Bruce Wayne, this Batman is a millionaire who comes equipped with all the fancy Bat-toys and even his own impressive Batmobile.

While his identity is known, for our purposes today, we're going to go ahead and let him keep his anonymity. According to our unnamed hero, he took his son's obsession with Batman and organized his efforts into a charity for children, www.superheroesforkids.org.

Obviously, he does not charge to make his personal appearances. Instead, twice per month, he puts on the suit, fires up his custom Batmobile, and visits the kids.

On average, he spends $60,000.00 of his own money on gifts for the kids. A few years ago, he forked over $215,000.00 to purchase his custom Batmobile.

According to our hero, he has plenty of time and money for the gig. He says, "I swim, go on vacation, and go be Batman." He adds, "It's a full time job."
