Darrel Akerfelds

Darrel Akerfelds was a professional pitcher for five seasons from 1986 to 1991 with the Oakland Athletics, Cleveland Indians, Texas Rangers and Philidelphia Phillies. He was also the bullpen coach for the San Diego Padres before his death in 2012.

Brendan Donnelly

Brendan Donnelly is a former MLB pitcher who won the World Series in 2002 with the Anaheim Angels. He was also on the Boston Red Sox Roster during the 2007 World Series Championship and pitched a winning game during the 2003 All-Star Game.

Randy Ready

Rand Ready was a second baseman / third baseman / left fielder who played between 1983 to 1995. Ready played for the Milwaukee Brewers, San Diego Padres, Philadelphia Phillies, Oakland Athletics, and the Montreal Expos. He was also a minor league coach for the Detroit Tigers and Padres.

Tony Martin

Tony Martin was a wide receiver in the NFL. Martin was drafted by the New York Jets in 1989 who was then picked up as a free agent by the Miami Dolphins. Martin also played for the San Diego Chargers, and the Atlanta Falcons.

Sergio Romo

Sergio Romo is a closing pitcher for the San Francisco Giants. During the 2012 World Series, Romo chalked up three saves to help the Giants win the title.

Ben Steele

Ben Steele was a tight end in the NFL. Steele played for the San Francisco 49ers, Oakland Raiders, Seattle Seahawks, Minnesota Vikings, Green Bay Packers and the Houston Texans. Steele's only NFL touchdown was a pass from Aaron Rodgers in Rodgers first NFL game.
