POLL: Who Should Win New Female Vocalist of the Year at the 2016 ACM Awards?

New Female Vocalist of the Year at the 2016 ACM Awards is bound to be a tough decision, as there are four talented women in the category. Women such as Trisha Yearwood, Faith Hill, Shania Twain, Carrie Underwood, Taylor Swift and Miranda Lambert have all taken home this prize before, and based on the previous winners, this year's New Female Vocalist of the Year has a good shot at becoming a household name.

Will Kelsea Ballerini call dibs (pun intended) on this year's trophy? She certainly has the chart success to be a major contender: "Love Me Like You Mean It" hit No. 1 on Billboard's Country Airplay chart, making Ballerini the first solo female country artist to have a No. 1 with her debut single since Underwood. And now that "Dibs" has reached the top of the charts, she's the fifth solo female artist to earn back-to-back No. 1 hits.

Meanwhile, Cam came out of nowhere with her breakout single "Burning House," which was certified platinum in 2015. It also was the highest-selling female country song of 2015, selling over 500,000 copies in the United States, and it received a nomination at the 2016 Grammy Awards. Cam's major-label debut album, Untamed, was released in December; she co-wrote each song, and the disc debuted at No. 2 on the country charts -- the highest-selling debut country record of the year.

Mickey Guyton made her Grand Ole Opry debut in 2015 and has released three singles: "Better Than You Left Me," "Do You Wanna Build a Snowman" and "Why Baby Why." And RaeLynn was a contestant on Season 2 of The Voice and became close friends with Blake Shelton. She debuted her EP Me in 2015, and it peaked at No. 7.
