The Pet of the Week this week is Apple the dog. Apple is a 2-1/2-year-old Great Dane mix who loves people and is up for adoption now at Roice-Hurst.

The cutest thing we do all week is the Pet of the Week, which is every Tuesday at 2 p.m. The Pet of the Week is all about featuring an adoptable pet from the Roice-Hurst Humane Society. Apple has been living at Roice-Hurst for the past week or so and is about 2 and a half years old.

They think that Apple is a Great Dane mix and he got his name from his owners who got him by trading in an Apple watch. Apple is a very dark grey color with a few white spots and beautiful orangish-brown eyes.

Roice-Hurst Humane Society says he's a very sweet and people orientated dog who loves to cuddle. We were lucky enough to get a kiss from Apple and can agree that he's one sweet boy. He even shared his candy cane toy with us too - awwww.

Apple loves people so much that he wants to be the apple of your eye. He would do best as the only dog in the household, so he can get 100% of your love and attention.

Apple is currently up for adoption right now at the Roice-Hurst Humane Society. You can find out more about adopting Apple here.
