This just happened to the west of us. In nine other states. Could Colorado be next?

The 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals says 'no' to gun sales for a medical marijuana card holder. According to the Court, this does not violate the 2nd Amendment.

The states involved are California, Oregon, Washington, Nevada, Montana, Idaho, Alaska, Hawaii and Arizona. Most of those are precariously close to Colorado.

Because marijuana is still illegal under federal guidelines, the federal law prohibiting firearms sales to illegal drug users takes precedence.
