Nincompoop in the News Arrested for Giving out Wedgies

Today's Nincompoop in the News is a man who gave out wedgies to random strangers and then posted the video on Youtube.com. Sorry couldn't find the video.

Apparently, Charles Ross gave a wedgie to a stranger at the movies and got it on video. The guy ended up pressing charges. This wasn't the first time this had happened though. He has uploaded numerous videos to the web of him giving out wedgies to innocent passerby's. He is now being charged with Misdemeanor Battery and for being a Nincompoop in the News.
