Every now and then you might see a bald eagle or two around the area and they are certainly a majestic sight to see.

But what if I told you that you could see dozens of bald eagles at a nearby Colorado lake?

Matt Sparx, TSM

This past weekend, more than 100 bald eagles were counted in a five-minute timeframe at Barr Lake located in Adams County according to CBS Denver.

Numbers are currently reaching their peak at Barr Lake, but you still have time to see the majestic bald eagles. Bald eagles can be seen throughout the day, however, early morning viewing is optimal for viewing time.
