Man Has 1 Million Miles On His Car And It Is Still Going

Did you hear about that guy in Durham, North Carolina, he put one million miles on his car. His name is Dexter Mills and he owns a 2000 Honda Accord. He drives a lot for work and says he puts on around 60,000 miles a  year. He credits regular oil changes and filter changes to the longevity of his car.   He apparently has changed the engine out twice in the last 19 years.

I have a 2008 Subaru Forester I bought the car new I have 202,000 miles on my Subaru I hope to get another 100,000 miles on it. I really hate car payments so I am trying to make my car last as long as possible. I have gotten a new car almost every five to six years but not this time. When you are spending so much money on a new car you want to make it last.
