22-year-old Matthew Cordle filmed this video to admit that he that he killed someone by causing a fatal crash while driving drunk and says he made a mistake when he decided to drive that night.

He has been charged with aggravated vehicular homicide and faces up to 8 1/2 years in prison if convicted.
