We all know we are lucky to live in such a beautiful place. There is so much to do and lots of fun events that go on throughout the year.

As I was scrolling through Facebook today I noticed that the Downtown Grand Junction page just released a list of events that you should add to your calendar so you don't miss out on any of the fun.

There have been some changes including the Car Show being moved to the beginning of summer because the Fall season is so busy this year. The Market on Main kicks off in July and will be adding a few weeks to the end of the season when produce is at it's best in our area.

Here is the list of events:

Restaurant Week - March 6th through 15th

Grand Junction Off-Road/Music Festival - May 19th through 31st

Car Show - June 27th

Fourth of July Parade - July 4th :)

Market on Main - each Thursday from July 9th through September 24th

Rhythm + Blues Concert Series - July 9th, August 6th, September 3rd, September 24th

Art Festival - October 2nd through 4th

Spooktacular - October 24th

Tree Lighting - November 21st

Parade of Lights - December 5th

It really is tremendous to see so many events being held Downtown Grand Junction. But the reason these things happen is that people get out of their house and participate so make sure you take the time to come attend these really fun events throughout the year.
