New Cocktail Lounge Opening in Downtown Windsor

Okay, I am super excited to tell you about this new cocktail lounge that will be opening soon in Northern Colorado. This will not be your average cocktail bar, either, as it is being brought to you by two Colorado whiskey brands. Larado Whiskey and Ridge River Whiskey.

If you know me, you know I love my whiskey, and I love supporting local brands as much as I possibly can. With that being said, I cannot wait to be able to walk down Main Street in Windsor to have an old-fashioned at the Twin Staves Cocktail Lounge.

Twin Staves will feature handcrafted cocktails, along with a full selection of gin, vodka, other spirits, and, of course, whiskey. For those who choose to partake in local craft beer or wine, there will be plenty of options available to you as well.

The Twin Staves Cocktail Lounge will be a place where the Northern Colorado community can gather, where craftsmanship, connection, and Colorado pride will come together with every pour.

Opening Soon Beneath The Hearth Restaurant in Windsor

I spoke with Larado Whiskey owner, Hunter Hoshiko, and he is very excited for Twin Staves Cocktail Lounge to open in the heart of downtown Windsor. I, for one, will very definitely be one of the first patrons through the door of the Twin Staves Cocktail Lounge.

While no set date has been announced, the cocktail lounge located at 201 4th Street, beneath The Hearth Restaurant, is expected to open fall of 2025.
