How Would You Like to be Walked On….. Forever?

You now have the opportunity to have yourself, or for that matter, a loved one, walked on forever by students from Colorado Mesa University.  The CMU Foundation is unveiling new additions to the Brick Walkway, a fixture dedicated to CMU alumni, or anyone wishing to immortalize a name.

On Friday, August 17th from 4-7 p.m., CMU invites the public to the unveiling ceremony, "Bricks, Brats, and Books."  Those wishing to attend the free event may join members of the CMU Alumni Association at the CMU Foundation building on the South-East corner of 12th and Elm in Grand Junction.  During those hours, the CMU Bookstore will donate 35% of their proceeds to the Bookstore Scholarship Fund, a fund established to assist students with the purchase of text books.

How would you like to have your name or a loved one's name placed on the Brick Walkway?  Bricks can be purchased for $100.00, with proceeds going to the CMU Foundation, awarding scholarships and financial assistance to students.
