Depending on your own perspective, there are several ways one could look at this. Does the concept of "No Dirty Dishes" imply that we go out to eat for every meal on Monday? Does it imply we wash every dish immediately after every meal on this day?

Here's an idea; what if everybody uses disposable plates and cups on Monday? Yes, that will prevent dirty dishes, but it will also result in a catastrophic day for your local garbage collector. We'll save water and soap, but the landfills will be overrun.
