iPhones are so expensive you would think I would take extra precaution not to ruin them. Unfortunately, I have destroyed two so far.

I am not sure if I am accident prone. I finally got the insurance. The First time I destroyed my iPhone I dropped it in freezing weather on the gravel, and it cracked the screen.

Another time I was at a lake on a dock, and it fell out of my pocket into the water. I immediately went home and put it in rice; it did work, but not everything worked. I couldn't text, and sometimes it would not ring.

One of my friends who worked for a painting company dropped his iPhone in the paint. I never worked after that. I also had numerous people call and tell me as I posted this question on the radio as well, that they dropped their phones in the toilet as they sometimes carried their phone in their back pocket.
