Have You Heard Of The Montgomery House In Boulder?

Have you heard of the Montgomery House in Boulder? They say a small boy wanders the hallways as it was his home. The boy age ten who used to live at the house. Legend says he went to the mountains on an expedition became ill and passed away. Many say he haunts his home in Boulder.

In 1871 he went to visit his father who was at a mining camp, and that is where he became ill.

The Montgomery House has seen many changes over the years different businesses one woman apparently speaks to Walter and says he is very friendly. The Mongomery House in Boulder is at 741 Pearl Street.

From the research I have done it looks like The Montgomery House is vacant and available to rent. The Montgomery House is just over 3800 square feet that is a pretty big house. I wonder which floors Walter might be on? The only place that I have ever stayed in that they say is haunted is the Crescent Hotel in Eureka Springs Arkansas.
