Chances are you've driven past this downtown Grand Junction building at least 10,000 times, but like many Western Colorado residents, you've never been inside. What exactly will you find inside the Dalby Wendland building on the Northwest corner of 5th and Main?

According to Grand Junction's Historic Walking Tour, the original part of the building was constructed in 1910. Throughout its history, the building was home to Grand Valley National Bank and First National Bank. The first Dalby Wendland business opened in one room of the building in 1949.

So, what will you find in the building today?

The first and second floors are home to Dalby Wendland & Co. P.C., the largest accounting, audit, and business advisory firm headquartered in Western Colorado.

The third floor offers a wide variety of services from lawyers to acupuncture. It is home to Attorney Roy Farber, as well as Barbara D. Leach, who specializing if Rolfing. The same floor houses an acupuncturist as well as Walter Environmental Group.

On the fourth floor, you'll find everything from counseling, to attorneys, to fish. Seriously, the fourth-floor hosts Grand Junction Counseling,  David Gale - Attorney at Law, Kelli Thompson - Massage Therapist, and Trout Unlimited.

The fifth floor, the top floor of the building, houses the Dalby and Wendland & co, P.C. Audit Department.
