It seems most people I know actually have a countdown clock keeping precise count as to exactly how many days remain until Halloween. Friends are already hard at work making costumes, preparing yard decorations, and polishing their skills at behaving like their favorite creatures. In this case, we're not sure if this dad demonstrating his evil laugh is the biggest hit or biggest miss ever made.
