I am really not a breakfast person. It’s actually quite odd that I’m not a fan of breakfast. “Back-in-the-day” I couldn’t function without breakfast. My first thought was breakfast. I couldn’t function without breakfast.

Strange how our bodies change. Now I go straight to the gym, workout and get ready for my day, and then I have my coffee. No breakfast. BUT, I make a very fancy coffee.

It’s a high maintenance coffee you could say. There are enough ingredients in my coffee that I personally think it’s just as healthy as a breakfast if not healthier.

In Denver, nobody really says anything about what I eat/drink. I’ve noticed in Grand Junction some have looked at me like I’m wacky. I guess to Grand Junction I’d be considered as a “foodie.” Perhaps I am, but it makes me feel so much better to eat healthily.

To my fellow coffee drinkers that don’t eat breakfast, and for those of you that want to try something new, wholesome and yummy, allow me to share the ingredients I add to my cup of Joe.

If you smoke or have bad habits this will make you want to stop putting yucky toxins in your body. It’s amazing, really!
