Grand Junction Colorado Halloween Fraud: Do You Know These Shady People?
Local authorities are hoping you can help them solve a Halloween crime in Grand Junction.
Can You Help Solve This Crime?
Before we get to the crime, we must point out the fact it was committed nearly two months ago. It wasn't until Thursday that Crime Stoppers of Mesa County posted these photos asking for help in identifying the suspects involved. It would be reasonable to wonder why these photos weren't posted weeks ago.
While the crime itself may have dissolved into the annals of Grand Junction history, some reasonably decent surveillance photos were captured that could help us figure out who these criminals are. This fraudulent activity has been dubbed the "Crime of the Week."
The Crime
The beginning of the crime goes back to Friday, October 8 when the victim lost this credit card at the Halloween store near Mesa Mall. Shortly after that, a male and a female reportedly used the lost credit card to make several purchases at the mall.
Take a look at these photos and see if recognize one or both of these individuals. If not, you might keep your eyes open for that unmistakable Death Row t-shirt.
Notice the Black T-shirt
The Death Row t-shirt is pretty distinctive - and could help lead to the identity of this person. The woman's hair is also very distinctive.
Are They Still A Couple?
You might not be able to recognize the faces, but, perhaps you will see this couple out Christmas shopping together.
