Grand Junction Customers Beware of TV Provider Scam

Customers subscribing to DISH Network services are reporting being contacted by DISH representatives asking to collect money for upgrades and special services. According to DISH, this is a scam, and their representatives do not contact customers asking for money.

Those receiving the calls claim they are being asked for credit card numbers or for payments via Western Union or Green Dot. Customers are being told these charges are related to special promotions or upgrades. According to DISH, their representatives will never contact you asking for personal information or any information regarding your account.
