Anytime you look back over Grand Junction's history, you remember a lot of good times along with some of the bad. There are happy times, as well as moments of sorrow where grief runs deep before the healing waters of times run their course.

Today, I'm taking a look at 25 Grand Junction memories from the past 25 years. Honestly, there could have been a lot more, but time and space will not allow it. I have no doubt that as you look through the memories below, many more will come to mind.

While I would consider all of the Grand Junction memories I'm sharing to be significant, I wouldn't begin to suggest these are necessarily the most significant Grand Junction memories of the past 25 years, though some of them probably are. I've lived in Grand Junction for 20 of these years, so most of these memories I have witnessed and have been a part of.

As a community, we have suffered loss and felt sadness, like when we lost Deputy Derek Geer and sweet Delaney Clements.  We have been visited by celebrities, musicians, and politicians -like Barack Obama and Donald Trump. We have experienced growth and development in our city, along with some really tough times. And we've gone through some challenging days when mother nature has not been kind. What do you remember?
