Repairs are underway this week to the pavement that was severely damaged due to the mudslides in the Glenwood Springs/ Glenwood Canyon area of I-70.

Motorists will encounter periodic closures as these repairs begin according to NBC 11, and those closures will be done in one direction of the highway at a time.
