Repairs are underway this week to the pavement that was severely damaged due to the mudslides in the Glenwood Springs/ Glenwood Canyon area of I-70.
Motorists will encounter periodic closures as these repairs begin according to NBC 11, and those closures will be done in one direction of the highway at a time.
Colorado's Lawrence Construction will handle the concrete repair work that will help get all lanes of the highway back open for use. Flip through the photos below from CDOT as we outline the timeline for the project that is expected to last through most of November.
