Fruita restaurant is looking to expand. But, not in what you would think.

A popular Fruita eatery is going from crust to caffeine.

KJCT News has the story of two ambitious restaurateurs that are looking to break out of their comfort zone.  No, they are NOT abandoning their staple menu item, pizza. They are simply adding on to their family, so to speak. Jen Zeuner and Anne Keller, co-owners of Hot Tomato Pizza are leaping into the world of coffee.

It makes sense, at least when you hear their side. Jen said she is from New Jersey. She knows pizza. Anne Keller is from Seattle. She knows coffee. Done deal.
