If you're not yet in the Christmas spirit, then plan on heading to Fruita this Saturday (December 10) for the Holiday Craft Fair and the Fruita Parade Of Lights.

The Holiday Craft Fair is happening at the Fruita Community Center, at 324 N. Coulson Street, starting at 10:00 a.m. If you have not finished your shopping, you can get nice gifts for everyone on your list. The Craft Fair goes until 3:00 p.m.

Be sure to head to Downtown Fruita after the Craft Fair for the Fruita Parade Of Lights. This year the theme is “Christmas Past: A 20th Century Christmas”. The parade will kick off at 5:30 p.m. and winds through Downtown Fruita to the Community Center.

The shops in downtown Fruita are decorating for the holidays and invite you to check out their displays as they compete for prizes. You can shop for more gifts while you are waiting for the Parade to start.

You can even pick up your Christmas tree from the Fruita FFA Alumni after the parade. They have a large selection of trees that were freshly cut last weekend. They are sure to have just what you want for the perfect tree. The lot is only open through this Sunday, so don't miss out.

Head to Fruita this Saturday and enjoy all they have to offer for the Holidays.
