Staying safe as we get older is important. As we get older most of us will experience challenges with mobility and stability. Our response time slows down and we are more prone to falls and accidents. This free course is open to everyone ages 55 and older to help keep yourself safe.

Seniors who live alone are perceived as vulnerable and targeted by criminals.
Many seniors are bullied, robbed, and assaulted at home or on the street. Attacks can result in physical and mental trauma, and possibly injury, disability, and death.

This course teaches seniors effective safety & security techniques. The skills taught in this program are simple to learn, easy to practice and use.

  • How to have better security at home
  • How to prevent and recover from falls
  • How to use a walking cane and flashlight for protection. Bring your cane.

Learn to protect yourself today: The next upcoming course is:
